Well, I just covered a piece with clear gesso. This stuff is pretty spiffy so far.. It isn't like clear medium. It doesn't change the color of the fabric or paper I cover and it adds a little tooth to the surface. Mostly and bestly, the surface I prepped still looks like whatever it is. Big advantages there.

I'm still struggling along, picking away at ideas and treatments. I needed an elective, so I am taking painting and strangely.. I still have no desire to paint... What is that all about?

Denny is working on the gallery and I am moving parts of my studio to the shop so I and a few others can teach classes, workshops really. I taught a book class yesterday. It was small and intimate and very fun!

That's a good sign, right?
