Busy hands, busy head

Laura is not blogging as she is on the end run to the masters degree. In her stead I'm going to have a bit of fun and post a note here and there.

What is she doing? Volunteering to help the local Democratic party until the election; knitting and crocheting; making a book for the new art center at the college; teaching her classes at the college and filling in for a professor who is out with hand surgury; working on her thesis (no small thing all by itself); working on her thesis show which is an installation piece that will fill an entire gallery at the college; laundry; petting dogs and cats; going to the regular meeting of The Art Thing; and trying to keep up with her friends and family in her spare time.

That should explain her absence for this week at least. :)
