I have now watched "Le Mystere Picasso" a couple times and I thought it would be fun to document my own painting process--especially since I have switched over to acrylics and am attempting a lighter, more fun and simple approach with this painting.

I'm composing, so there is a good bit of scribbling inder the initial layers. It wasn't until I got this far that I decided to photograph the process...


adding contrasting underlayers,fleshing out the figure..(no pun intended)

adding layers of color, experimenting with brushes and color...

Adding details that may later disappear, but I need their placement now...
